Cancellation policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

With a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., custom-made 3D printed statues or personalized models).
• Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

B – Revocation Policy for Digital Products

For the supply of digital content (such as downloadable 3D models in formats like .stl, .obj, .fbx), the right of withdrawal shall expire once the contract has been fully performed, and you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

By purchasing digital products from PrintableArtForge, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun.

Goodwill Return Policy

Notwithstanding the above legal waiver, PrintableArtForge offers a 12-hour goodwill return period if the download of the purchased product has not yet been started.
To request a return within this period, please contact us via email at [Email Address] with your order number. If approved, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• The delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
• Custom digital files or individually created models tailored to your specifications.
