Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return conditions below.

Review Time

We will review your case within 3 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Periods

  • Physical Products (all 3d printed Products): 14 days from receipt of the item.
  • Personal 3D Models (Custom Projects): Right of return within 3 business days if production has not started. If production has already started, cancellation is possible within 5 business days from purchase.
    • If you do not like the first round of showcases or change your mind, we accept a return with a 50% refund.
    • After the first round of showcases is approved, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Digital Products (.stl, .obj, .fbx): Not eligible for return once the download has started. However, we offer a 12-hour goodwill return period if the download has not yet been initiated.

Eligibility Requirements for Physical Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated period:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur).
  • Contact your bank (posting delays may occur).
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@printableartforge.com

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@printableartforge.com before returning the product.
