General

• This disclaimer applies to all physical 3D prints (e.g., statues, miniature figures, technical prints and spare parts, dioramas) purchased via the website printableartforge.com or any other Site like Etsy.
• Its purpose is to clarify liability issues in connection with the use, handling, and characteristics of the 3D prints in accordance with German law.

Product Description and Usage Instructions

• The 3D prints are made from materials such as PLA, PLA+, PETG, resin, or other plastics, as specified in the product description. They are intended for decorative purposes or similar applications only.
• The products are not food-safe, not heat-resistant (over 60 °C / 140 °F), and not suitable for contact with open flames.
• The 3D prints are not suitable for children under 14 years of age as they may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard.
• The customer is responsible for proper handling (e.g., assembly, storage). Warning notices and instructions can be found in the product descriptions or on the packaging.

Limitation of Liability

• The seller is liable for material and legal defects of the 3D prints in accordance with the statutory provisions (§§ 434 ff. BGB). The warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery.
• The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, improper storage, or modifications to the products made by the customer.
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling (e.g., exposure to heat or chemicals), or non-compliance with the warning notices are not covered by the seller’s liability.
• The seller’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breaches of essential contractual obligations (§ 309 No. 7 BGB).

Product Liability

• In accordance with the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG), the seller is liable for damages caused by a defect in the product, regardless of fault, provided such damages affect life, body, or health.
• The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects to the seller within 14 days (via [email address]).

International Use

• For international customers, the same usage instructions and liability limitations apply. The customer is responsible for compliance with country-specific regulations (e.g., safety standards).
• The seller is not liable for damages caused by customs delays or improper handling during transport after handover to the shipping service provider.

General

• This disclaimer applies to all digital 3D models (e.g., .stl, .obj, .fbx files, video game assets, rigged characters with PBR textures) purchased from printableartforge.com, Cgtrader and Etsy.
• Its purpose is to clarify liability issues relating to the use, compatibility, and intellectual property rights of the digital 3D models in accordance with German law.

Product Description and Usage Instructions

• The digital 3D models are optimized for 3D printing, game development or decorative purposes, as specified in the product description (e.g., compatible with software such as Blender, OrcaSlicer, or other relevant applications).
• The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility of the files with their software, 3D printer, or hardware. The Provider does not guarantee functionality on all systems.
• Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the models are intended for private use only or for agreed commercial purposes (e.g., game development).
• Usage warnings (e.g., “Not for resale”) can be found in the product descriptions or download instructions.
• The Provider does not guarantee that the models are suitable for manufacturing products intended for sale unless an explicit commercial license agreement is provided.

Limitation of Liability

• The Provider warrants that the digital 3D models are free from material and legal defects (§§ 434 ff. BGB). For consumers, the warranty period is two years from the date of file availability.
• The Provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use, incorrect print settings, incompatible software/hardware, or file modifications made by the customer.
• The Provider is not liable for damages arising from 3D printing the models (e.g., material defects, printer malfunctions), as print execution is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
• The Provider’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations (§ 309 No. 7 BGB).
• The Provider is not responsible for loss of data once the download link has been provided. Customers are encouraged to back up their purchased files immediately after download.

Copyright and Usage Rights

• All digital 3D models are protected by copyright law in accordance with the German Copyright Act (UrhG). The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files, as described in the Terms & Conditions and the product description.
• Unauthorized distribution, publication, reproduction, or commercial use of the files without written consent from the Provider is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Modifications to the files are only permitted within the scope of the product description. For custom orders, any rights transfer is subject to a separate written agreement.
• If the product description includes a commercial license, it will detail the permitted scope of use (e.g., number of sales allowed, attribution requirements).

International Use

• For international customers, the same usage instructions and liability limitations apply. The customer is responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g., copyright law, software licensing).
• The Provider is not liable for technical incompatibilities caused by country-specific standards or restrictions (e.g., unsupported file formats).

Defect Notification

• The customer must inspect the downloaded files immediately after receiving the download link.
• Any defects (e.g., corrupted or damaged files) must be reported to the Provider within 14 days of receipt via email.
• In the event of a defect, the Provider will offer a replacement download at no additional cost.
