Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information
The prices shown on the product pages do NOT include shipping costs, taxes, or other applicable charges. Shipping Costs will be shown at Checkout exclusively for your shipping destination.
We offer worldwide shipping.
The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and again on the checkout page before you complete your order.
No shipping costs apply to digital products.
VAT exempt according to §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
Production on Order – Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received. For personalized products, processing times are longer and will be communicated on the product page and via E-Mail as the Project starts and i have a estimated production time. Typically around 10-35 business days.
Production Times:
3D-Printed Statues: 3–7 business days
Personalized Models: 10–35 business days
You receive a E-mail when the production is finished and the product is ready for shipping.
Delivery Times
Germany & EU: 2–7 business days
Worldwide: 5–22 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Taxes
For international shipments outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
